Component Design

Our team of engineers is there to help you optimize a component design which will suit the customer’s application, and our process of high pressure die casting.

The customer’s concept is drawn and modeled using Pro Engineer 3D CAD software. The 3D model helps in finalising the fitment of subassemblies and is used in our tooling manufacture.

Prototypes can be made using 3D printing or single cavity steel moulds which replicate the process of high pressure die casting.
