Our Quality Assurance department has a range of equipment available to assist production in ensuring consistently high quality standards are maintained in production.

All production gauges are calibrated and verified on a planned schedule.

The following equipment is available:

  1. Tensile tester
  2. Optical comparator
  3. Ra meter for surface texture
  4. Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
