Testing and Assembly

All components are subject to a range of inline processes to ensure optimal quality standards are maintained. These processes could include:

1. Poka Yoke devices for in process error proofing
2. Component cleaning and cleanliness testing
3. Surface roughness evaluation
4. Date marking
5. Assemblying of components onto the casting, pressure testing and torquing of threaded components.
